Every year we seem to out do ourselves, and this year’s show was no exception. “The Barre” went off without a hitch, all acts ran quickly after each other thanks to our amazing council, creative teachers, and organized backstage team. We cut down the time of each act to under 3 minutes, to allow for more variety and attention grabbing acts. It was definitely well received, as the audience was just as excited and engaged as the dancers on stage.
For some this was their first time on stage, and for others it won’t be the last. Happy to be a part of Dal Dance again this year, and so proud of my Belly Dancing Class, great work ladies! Also a big congratulations goes out to Dal Dance for winning“Best Society” at the Dal IMPACT awards. Well deserved.
