Kidston Road – Road Closure

Monday, June 8, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Kidston Road in Spryfield will be closed to traffic starting Tuesday, June 9, for excavation work related to a natural gas pipeline installation.

The closure will go into effect at 9 a.m. Tuesday between Ollie Street and Sussex Street. That section will remain closed until about 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12. The street will not reopen overnight.

Crews will accommodate access for local traffic only. Pedestrians will still be able to walk through the area. The municipality and Heritage Gas regret any inconvenience this work or the closure may cause.
