Kings District RCMP continues to investigate the disappearance of 62-year-old James Bell from Morristown Mr. Bell left his residence on Prospect Rd. on January 4 at noon. He was given a drive to Berwick, and was last seen walking along Orchard St. in Berwick at 2:30 p.m. The original news release indicated that he was last seen at 1 p.m. however further information has indicated that he was last seen later in the day. Mr. Bell has not been seen since.
Since then, the Valley GSAR team supported by the Annapolis Valley and West Hants teams were involved in searching for him. An RCMP helicopter and Police Dog Services has also searched multiple areas.
