Knife used in early morning robbery

Windsor West Hants RCMP is investigating after an early-morning robbery on Saturday at a business in Windsor.

On September 25, at 3:48 a.m., members were called to a business on Wentworth Road after an employee reported being robbed. The investigation determined that a woman had entered the business and showed a knife to the employee. She then took a quantity of cash from behind the counter before leaving. The employee was not injured and immediately called 911.

The woman is described as white, approximately 5-foot-8, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and dark-coloured track pants.

Windsor West Hants RCMP continue to investigate.
