An independent Nova Scotia human rights restorative board of inquiry in the case of Radha Koilpillai of Halifax v. Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, is scheduled to begin on Monday, Feb. 1.
The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Dartmouth Sportsplex, Valardo Room, 110 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth.
The board chair is Dennis James, who is independent of the commission. The commission is representing the public interest.
