From RCMP:

Saturday, November 27, 2010, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)…….Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Halifax District, the RCMP HRP Integrated GIS section and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Service responded to a large structural fire at 255 Bissett Road in Cole Harbour at 15:52 hours.  The Halifax County Rehab Centre ( on the site where the Trailer Park Boys used to be filmed) was on fire and may be destroyed. Bissett Road had to be closed at the intersections with Cole Harbour Road and at Cow Bay Road ( near Rainbow Haven beach). Three male teenagers were arrested walking away from the scene of the fire. No charges have been laid yet. The matter remains under investigation.
