LeFrense v. IBM Canada Ltd. Board of Inquiry

A Nova Scotia Human Rights board of inquiry is scheduled to begin next week in the case of Roger LeFrense v. IBM Canada Ltd.

The claimant alleges he was discriminated against because of his physical disability.

The respondent denies any discrimination, and claims efforts were made to accommodate the claimant, but were refused.

The board of inquiry is scheduled to be heard Thursday, May 8, and Friday, May 9, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day, at the Atlantic School of Theology, 660 Franklyn St., Halifax. The board chair is Walter Thompson.
