Life Is Good

First things first, I finally made the blog-famous banana soft serve! This was a quick and very tasty summer treat.

Place frozen ‘nanners in food processor. Whirl. If it sticks to the sides, stop and scrap down and add a splash of UVAB.

I let mine go for about 4 mins and my frozen banana chunks turned into this delicious bowl of fluffy goodness.

Hubby and I split the bowl – he was a huge fan! I will be on the look out for discounted bananas just to store in my freezer for this wonderful dessert.

Our front lawn is completely covered in wild strawberries.

I spent about 45 mins on Saturday afternoon picking them and came in with about 3 cups worth.

They were a bit of a pain in the ass to de-haul…

But made a lovely pancake topping and strawberry crisp for my Dad for Father’s Day! (Un-pictured)

Updates From The Garden:
As you can see, we’re officially in business. Whoot! Plants are coming up in every row. I can’t even explain to you how happy this makes me. It worked, it worked! 😉
