Lisa Mauger v. Liverpool Subway Limited Inquiry Set

A Nova Scotia Human Rights board of inquiry is scheduled to begin next week in the case of Lisa Mauger v. Liverpool Subway Limited.

The claimant alleges she was discriminated against because of her physical disability.

The respondent denies any discrimination, and claims efforts were made to accommodate the claimant, but were refused.

The board of inquiry is scheduled to be heard Wednesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 24, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day, in the Medway Room, Best Western Hotel, 63 Queens Place Dr., Liverpool. The board chair is Donald Murray.
