Lone male holds up Windmill Tim’s


Police are looking for a man who ran with the til from a Dartmouth Tim Hortons.

At approximately 1145 pm police responded to a  911 call at Tim Hortons,  621 Windmill Road, Dartmouth.  The clerk at the store stated that a male entered the store ordered a donut then attempted to grab the till of cash when it was open. The female clerk struggled with the suspect and he pushed at her several times taking the till. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, leaving the till behind.  There were no weapons used or threats made during this incident. The clerk was not injured .

The suspect is described as a white male 35-40 years of age , approximately 6 ‘ tall, 200 lbs, he had a goatee and bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a beige jacket, and brown hoddie with white lettering on it. He was also wearing a back and grey winter hat that had ear flaps and tassels.
