The Low Intensity Exercise Program is a FREE 10 week program developed for people who are unable to walk or exercise longer than 15 minutes due to a chronic health condition such as arthritis, chronic pain, bone and joint problems.
Under the guidance of physiotherapists, individuals will take part in low-intensity exercises that focus on improving endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance, and includes proper techniques for warming-up and cooling-down.  As well, they will be guided to establish realistic goals and a home exercise program.
