A Lower Sackville man is facing child luring charges after an investigation by the Integrated Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit of the Criminal Investigation Division.
On September 22, the Integrated ICE Unit, with assistance from the Integrated Special Enforcement Section, executed a search warrant at a home in Lower Sackville. As a result, 19-year-old Robert Paul was arrested at the residence without incident and charged with Luring a Child and Providing Sexually Explicit Material to a Child. He was released from custody on conditions and will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on November 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
The investigation is continuing.
