making memories on the weekend

A super quick two day trip to the rockies was the perfect memory maker this weekend. We decided a few days before that we should go do something fun since the weather was going to be gorgeous and gorgeous it was. The rain held off for us for all the important parts – hiking, hot spring’ing, and window shopping.

Getting away from the city for a couple days was exactly what we needed. As much as we love our new life here, we miss the quiet and just being that we had everyday up north.
