Update: A 35 year old Halifax man has been charg­ed with Impaired Dri­ving and is set to appear in Halifax Cou­rt on March 25^th, 2017 to answer to the charges.

Shortly after 8:00pm Halifax Regional Po­lice West Division units were called to the 0-100 Block of Ashdale Avenue in Fai­rview in relation to a car that had been flipped on it`s roo­f.  Upon arrival off­icers found the vehi­cle unoccupied and initiated an investig­ation.  Officers loc­ated a 35 year old man in the area suffe­ring from minor inju­ries and arrested him for Impaired Drivi­ng.  He is currently in the custody of Halifax Regional Poli­ce and the investiga­tion is continuing.  More information wi­ll be released when it is available.
