At approximately 10:20 A.M. this morning a 40 year old woman was walking on Bell Aire Terrace with her 4 year old daughter. 

While they were in the 2700 block of the street a male exited his home and yelled at them. The woman ignored this male at first but when he yelled a second time she turned to see that he was exposing himself towards her and her daughter. The woman quickly left the area with her daughter and telephoned police. A short time later Halifax Regional Police officers arrested a male at a residence on this same block of 2700 Bell Aire Terrace. This male, who is 39 years of age, is currently in police custody and will be attending Halifax Provincial Court on Monday December 16, 2013 to face charges of committing an indecent act and violation of a court order.
