Man arrested for several breaches after incident in Dartmouth

At 9:27 p.m. last night we received a call for the corner of Albro Lake and Victoria Road in relation to a man who had entered the gas station and had an apparent injury to his hand. Police attended as well as EHS, who assessed the man for a non-life-threatening injury to his finger.

The 27-year-old man from Lower Sackville was found to be in breach of a court imposed conditions and was arrested without incident for 3 counts of breach of probation and one count each of breach of a recognizance and breach of an undertaking.

He was held for court and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today.
