Police attended a Fire scene in the 5700 block of North Street at @ 9:25pm.
It was determined the fire was deliberately set and as a result of the investigation an adult male was arrested in Dartmouth a short time later.
At this time, members of the integrated General Investigative Section are continuing the investigation.
