Police have a man in custody after a break-in on Clifton St early this morning.
At approximately 12:25 am members of the Halifax Regional Police responded to an intrusion alarm call at a business located in the 2600 block of Clifton St in Halifax. Upon arrival police officers found that the business had been broken in to. As the officers were on their way to this call, they noticed a male walking away from this general direction. After discovering the break and enter, the police officers were able to locate this male a short distance away and he was subsequently arrested. The 24 year old male is currently in police custody and will appear in Halifax court at a later date to face charges of break, enter and theft.
