At 1pm a 21 year old male victim was walking in the area of the 200 block of Lace wood Dr. Halifax, when he was approached by two white males who proceeded to assaulted him with a stick and relieve him of a small quantity of cash. The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment. One suspect is believed to be in his early 20s, wearing a blue hoodie, black shorts and a ball cap. The second suspect was in his early 50s wearing blue shorts, black t-shirt, short cropped hair, 5’8” height wearing eye glasses. Both suspects fled the scene on foot. It hasn’t been determined at this time whether the victim and suspects are known to one another as the incident is still under investigation.
