Man Assaulted On Brunswick Street

At about 2:42 am Halifax Regional Police responded to the area of 1900 block of Brunswick Street for an unknown trouble call.
As a result officers located a 35 year old male who had been assaulted and was bleeding from the head area. Two males were observed running from the area and were apprehend by officers.  It was learned the injured male had been assaulted by at least two males and his phone taken. Two males were arrested fleeing the scene and are presently in custody. Members are still investigating the incident. One of the males had a quantity of marihuana and will attend court at a later date.
