Man Caught Looking into Windows at University of King’s College

At 9:25 p.m. last night, police responded to a call from a security officer working for University of King’s College regarding a man who was alleged to be looking in the windows of an on-campus dormitory. After security confronted the man, he fled on foot. Officers were able to locate the suspect walking on Oxford Street and arrested him without incident.

Thirty-six-year old Richard Kidson, from Chezettcook, remains in police custody and is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face a charge of Trespass by Night.
