Police have charged a man in relation to a robbery that occurred in Halifax yesterday.
At approximately 2:50 p.m. police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at Costco Wholesale located at 230 Chain Lake Drive. A man stole merchandise and threatened staff with a knife when fleeing the store. The man was arrested in the area a short time later.
Tyler Matthew Mullen, 27, is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court today to race charges of:
- Robbery
- Assault
- Uttering threats
- Possession of a weapon dangerous to the public
