The Yarmouth Rural RCMP has charged a 77-year-old man with an indecent act following an incident in Sand Beach.
On July 7, 2021, at approximately 7:10 p.m., Yarmouth Rural RCMP received a complaint of a male having exposed himself while masturbating at a public beach near Bunker’s Island Rd. in Sand Beach. The man was located a short time later and was arrested without incident.
Paul Glendon Harding, 77, of Milton, has been charged with committing an Indecent Act under Section 173(1) of the Criminal Code. Harding was released on conditions and will appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court on August 31, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.
