A man is facing charges in relation to a number of thefts of women’s clothing and undergarments.
Since February 23, police have received four reports of thefts of women’s clothing and undergarments from laundry rooms of apartment buildings in Dartmouth. On April 8, the Community Response and School Resource Officers for the area, with assistance from the East Quick Response Unit and patrol members, arrested a man without incident at a residence on Mitchell Street in Dartmouth.
A 29-year-old Dartmouth man is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date to face one count of theft and possession under $5,000.
