Man charged with sexual assault – Dartmouth

A man is facing sexual assault charges in relation to an incident that occurred in Dartmouth.

At approximately 9 p.m. on November 5 police were called to the Dartmouth General Hospital at 325 Pleasant Street for a report of a sexual assault. A man had approached and then sexually assaulted two female youths on the hospital grounds. Officers arrested a man in the area a short time later.

Forty-five-year-old Kevin Charles Ellis of Dartmouth was held and scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court yesterday to face charges of:
