On 20101227 @ 00:51 hours the HRP responded to a complaint of an injured person laying face down on the sidewalk on Portland Street near Victoria Road. The subject was in medical distress and EHS attended. The male subject was declared dead at the scene by EHS. The deceased was identified as a 63 year old Dartmouth man. The HRP FIS was contacted to attend the scene, witnesses were interviewed and the matter is still under investigation.
