Man robbed of backpack, cellphone

At  1:17 pm while  on the walking path near the Coast Guard building, off of Parker St. Dartmouth, an adult  male victim was walking, when he was approached by 3 male suspects, one who was wearing a bandana over his face and black tuque,  two of the suspects produced knives and the third had what looked like a black gun tucked in his pants. 
The suspects took the victims backpack and his cell phone. The suspects then fled on foot. The victim was not injured during the incident.
 
One 15 year old male suspect has been arrested in the vicinity and is currently in police custody, while the investigation continues. Two other male suspect s are still at large and are described as white males, one who was wearing blue shorts.
 
HRP officers are continuing the investigation and anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 490-5016.
