Man shot in Timberlea

Police are investigating an early morning shooting in the Timberlea area this morning.

 
A man was shot in the hallway of an apartment complex near a popular pizza restaurant this morning.
 
RCMP say the man received a minor gunshot wound to the left armpit area by two suspects, and was treated at the Queen Elizabeth II.  He was subsequently released.
 
Police say that this is was not a random act, and the victim and shooters are known to each other.  No other injuries were reported, and no description of the suspects has been released.
