A man is in hospital after he was hit by a vehicle on Wyse Road in Dartmouth last night.
From HRPD:
At 1937 hours, police responded to the area of 110 Wyse Road in relation to a car – pedestrian accident. Upon arrival officers found that a 53 year old male had crossed the road , not in a crosswalk, and had been struck by a driver travelling South on Wyse Rd. The pedestrian was transported to the QEII Emergency with serious injuries. There are no charges pending against the driver and the matter remains under investigation.
