At 10:25 this morning, 58-year-old Peter Kempton of Dartmouth died as a result of injuries sustained yesterday afternoon.
On September 20th, RCMP and Halifax Regional Fire Services responded to a fire at 850 Highway 7.
When emergency responders arrived they found a vehicle on fire and a man seriously injured. The man had been working on the vehicle when it caught fire.
The matter remains under investigation with the RCMP and Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
