RCMP release:
RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Lamont Gero, 37, from Halifax, is wanted and facing a charge of assault.
Gero, also known as Lamont Diggs, is described as 5-foot-11, 141 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Gero; however, investigators are requesting assistance from the public.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Lamont Gero is asked to refrain from approaching him and to call police at 902-490-5020.
