Man Wanted on Province-Wide Warrant, Arrested for Attempted Murder with Vehicle

On November 3, 2023 Truro Police Service charged Paul Allan Kellock, 30 years old, from Millbrook First Nation, with attempted murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

The charges related to an incident that took place in the evening on November 2, 2023 when a car hit a pedestrian at the intersection of McClures Mills Rd and Abenaki Rd in Truro.

Through further investigation, Truro Police also charged Kellock with assault with a weapon and theft of a motor vehicle related to a separate incident had occurred on November 1, 2023.

A province-wide arrest warrant was issued for Paul Allan Kellock on November 4, 2023.

On November 6th, Paul Allan Kellock was arrested in Indian Brook, NS, by the RCMP. Kellock is now in the custody of the Truro Police Service and will appear in Truro Provincial Court later today.

The investigation is ongoing. No other information is being provided at this time.
