Marshall v. Northwoodcare Inc. Board of Inquiry Set for May 5

An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry in the case of Yvonne Marshall v. Northwoodcare Inc. is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 5.

Ms. Marshall alleges she was discriminated against on the basis of race or colour and disability while employed by Northwoodcare.

The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m., Windmill Room, Holiday Inn Harbourview 101 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth.

The board chair is Lynn Connors, who is independent of the commission, which is representing the public interest at the inquiry.
