Here are some updated pictures of the Mary Ann development on the corner of Queen St and Clyde St. in Downtown Halifax. WM Fares Group and Banc Developments have paired up on this 9 storey development and will be starting a second called the Margaretta Sister site on the surface parking lot beside this development. With the library opening this fall and this development completing sometime next year, Queen Street will have a very different look and feel.
