Matthew Sudds Murder Investigation Remains Unsolved

Today marks the second anniversary of the murder of Matthew Thomas Sudds. Investigators with the Special Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continue to work on the case.
 
On October 14, 2013, the body of 24-year-old Matthew Thomas Sudds was located in a ditch along Africville Road in Halifax. The autopsy confirmed that he was the victim of a shooting and his death was ruled a homicide. The investigation revealed that Matthew was last seen by friends on the afternoon of October 10, 2013.
 
Investigators believe there are people who have information about this incident who have not come forward. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
