This guy was seen around the world on broadcast television as the Spanish team left the stadium after winning the World Cup today.  What are the odds that Max is here in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada? Probably slim to none.  But for a split second there, I'm sure a lot of Haligonians were wondering, WTF? A heck of a lot of folks on Twitter want to know too.
