Mayor’s Roundtable On Violence Picks Up Steam

Jennifer Taplin over at Halifax Metro has a story about the Mayor’s initiative to address (discuss?) violence in Halifax:

Mayor Peter Kelly said this is the first time the roundtable results have appeared in council and staff need the direction from council before any action can be taken. He quelled some fears that the report would just be shelved.

“This document will not lie dormant,” he said.
