Media Advisory: Change of Command Ceremony – Commanding Officer for RCMP in Nova Scotia, Halifax, N.S.

The RCMP in Nova Scotia will officially handover command to our 28th Commanding Officer at a ceremony in Dartmouth on July 4th, 2014. The ceremony will thank and bid farewell to outgoing retired Commanding Officer Assistant Commissioner Alphonse MacNeil, and welcome Commanding Officer, Chief Superintendent Brian Brennan.

The RCMP in Nova Scotia will officially handover command to our 28th Commanding Officer at a ceremony in Dartmouth on July 4th, 2014.

The ceremony will thank and bid farewell to outgoing retired Commanding Officer Assistant Commissioner Alphonse MacNeil, and welcome Commanding Officer, Chief Superintendent Brian Brennan.

The ceremony will be held outside in front of RCMP Nova Scotia, (‘H’ Division) Headquarters, and is expected to run approximately 60 minutes.
