Halifax District RCMP and Halifax Regional Police are inviting media to attend a news conference in the hopes of identifying a deceased male.
What: On Friday, October 8th, 2004, members of the RCMP responded to a complaint of human remains that were located in a wooded area off of Highway 102 near the Stanfield International Airport.
The investigation to date has not been able to confirm the identity of the individual.
Who: Detective Constable Michael Cheeseman, VICE Unit with the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
