The Nova Scotia RCMP invites media to the grand opening of the Rawdon RCMP Detachment.

When: Thursday, January 29th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.

Where: 3945 Highway 14, Upper Rawdon

Speakers: Nova Scotia RCMP Commanding Officer, A/Comm Brian Brennan
East Hants District Commander S/Sgt Joe Marando
Municipality of East Hants Warden, Jim Smith

Event details: Remarks will be provided outside the detachment in the parking lot. Following remarks, dignitaries will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony. Parking spaces will be limited so attendees are encouraged to carpool where possible. Vehicle overflow will be required to park on the shoulder of the road on either side of the detachment.
