Release:
(Wednesday, July 13, 2011) Halifax, NS – Metro Transit will offer
additional Alderney ferry service tomorrow, July 14, to accommodate
concert-goers attending the Rock the Hill Concert being held on the
Halifax Garrison Grounds. The additional service is as follows:
Alderney Ferry Schedule (July 14):
6:30 – 7:00 am (every 30 minutes)
7:00 – 9:30 am (every 15 minutes)
9:30 am – 12:00 pm (every 30 minutes)
12:00 pm – 12:45 am (every 15 minutes)
The last trip to Dartmouth will depart the Halifax Ferry Terminal at
12:45 am. Regular fares will apply.
The Woodside Ferry will operate on its regular schedule, with the last
trip to Woodside departing the Halifax Ferry Terminal at 6:07 pm.
