HRP release:
Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old male from Dartmouth. David Anthony Owoloja was last seen on the 21st of November,at approximately 3:30 p.m. in Dartmouth.
David is described as a black male, 6’, slim build, short black hair.
There is no information to suggest that David has met with foul play, however, David’s family and police are concerned for his well-being.
