Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old female youth from Quebec. She is described as wearing blue jeans that are flared at the bottom, Black DC shoes with read logo and soles, a grey t-shirt with large black print on the front. Her hair was down past her shoulders and brown in color. Her English speaking is limited.
Francia was last seen in downtown Halifax near the waterfront with her parents but has not been seen since 4:50 p.m. today.
There is no information to suggest that Francia has met with foul play; however, Francia’s family and police are concerned for his well-being.
