Missing: 16-year-old Alexander Baines

Kings District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Alexander Baines who was last seen on June 21 on Hwy. 1 in Auburn.

Baines is described as 5-foot-5, 105lbs, has short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing white sweatpants, black Nike Air Force One sneakers and carrying a green backpack.

Baines was observed at a bus stop near the mall in Greenwood shortly after 4 p.m. on June 21. Investigators believe that Baines may be travelling between the Middleton and Greenwood areas.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
