RCMP release:
Cumberland County District RCMP is asking for public assistance in locating missing person Spencer Hatton, 23, who was last seen on October 5 in Springhill.
Spencer is described as 5-foot-11 and approximately 145 lbs. He has light brown hair worn short or with a buzz cut, and blue eyes. Clothing description is unknown. Spencer has the number 902 tattooed on his neck.
Spencer may be in the Moncton, NB, area.
