Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Brittany Jordan Panisiak, who is missing from a Dartmouth hospital.

Brittany has brown eyes and black hair. She stands 5’7” and weighs 130 lbs. She was last seen wearing white pants, a grey shirt, a grey and white jacket and black sneakers.

The patient’s risk to themselves and others increases with the length of time they are away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
