Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 59-year-old man.

Jesse Winston Arnold was reported missing to police on March 6 and was last seen in the Spryfield area March 4.

Jesse is described as a white man, approximately 5’9″ tall, 146 lbs., slim build with straight white hair and beard with hazel eyes.

There is no information to suggest that Jesse has met with foul play, however, police are concerned for his wellbeing.
