Missing: 80-year-old Arthur LeFave

Yarmouth Town RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 80-year-old Arthur LeFave of Belleville, Nova Scotia.

LeFave was last seen on August 20, 2022, at approximately 12:50 p.m. He was observed walking east-bound along Hwy. 103 from Yarmouth. He’s known to hitchhike across the province and to Ontario.

LeFave is described as being approximately 5’6” and 120 lbs. He has short grey hair, brown eyes and is clean shaven. He’s known to wear glasses. LeFave was last seen wearing a green ball hat, a blue-plaid shirt, blue pants, a blue and grey jacket and brown shoes. He was carrying a black reusable grocery bag.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
