Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old woman.

Mya Jane Manuel was last seen in the area of downtown Halifax on September 16. Mya is described as 5’5” tall, 100 lbs., with brown eyes and long hair that is red on one side and black on the other. Mya has tattoos near her right eye and on her left hand.

There is no information to suggest that Mya has met with foul play; however, her family and police are concerned for her well-being.

Police are asking Mya or anyone with information about her whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5016. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
