Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 33-year-old Dartmouth man.

Matthew James Sonnichsen was last seen on March 5 in the area of Boland Road in Dartmouth.

Matthew is a white man, approximately 5’8”, 180 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark grey Under Armour hooded sweater with pink/orange logo, dark pants and sneakers.

There is no information to suggest that Matthew has met with foul play, however, his family and police are concerned for his well-being.

Police are asking Matthew or anyone with information about his whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5016.  Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
